Option #2 - Macros
This is a basic nutrition plan aimed at improving both the quality and quantity of your nutrition. It will cover a 3 month span. Each month there will be a new nutrition focus. The challenge is designed to start Week 1 with improving the quality of foods you are eating. Weeks 2-4 will focus on taking those quality foods and creating a personalized quantity plan for each individual, and we will customize further as we dive into this plan. You will choose your own foods, but you will need to record all intake using the Fat Secret application/website.
